Postnatal Reconnection is a gentle, empowering, and deeply nourishing workshop designed to guide women back into their bodies after birth. Whether you are weeks, months, or even years postpartum, this space supports you in healing your pelvic floor, rebuilding confidence, and reconnecting with the sensual, powerful woman you are beneath the identity of motherhood.

This is not a clinical checklist — it is a holistic return.

A physiotherapy-led approach to rebuilding strength, tone, and responsiveness.

• Rebuilding intimacy (solo or partnered)

3. Emotional and Somatic Integration

Birth and postpartum reshape your nervous system, identity, and inner world.
Together we explore:
• Tender somatic practices to process birth experiences
• Releasing shame, numbness, and disconnection
• Reclaiming confidence in your new body
• Creating safety through grounding and soft presence

4. Embodied Movement for Postnatal Recovery

• Gentle movement to stabilise the pelvis
• Reconnecting the core through breath + fascial integration
• Slow sensual movement to reawaken feminine energy
• Practices to feel strong, supported, and at home in your body
