Dr Erin Caust
Founder of House of Embodiment | Somatic Sex Therapist | Pelvic Health Physiotherapist | Tantra & Embodiment Educator
Dr. Erin Caust is a somatic sex therapist and pelvic health physiotherapist who weaves together science, sensuality, and embodied spirituality. With a doctorate in physiotherapy and extensive training in women’s health, somatics, tantra, and nervous system regulation, Erin’s work bridges the clinical and the mystical — offering a grounded, trauma-informed approach to intimacy, pleasure, and embodied healing.
Her background spans trauma and orthopaedics, hospital medicine, sports therapy, obstetrics, pelvic floor dysfunction, and sexual health. She later expanded her practice into somatic sex therapy and tantric facilitation, integrating Eastern and Western philosophy to support clients through pain during sex, dissociation, arousal challenges, emotional shutdown, and relational disconnection.
Erin is known for her warm, honest, deeply embodied teaching style. She guides individuals and groups into greater connection, authenticity, pleasure, and presence through workshops, masterclasses, and immersive experiences at House of Embodiment. Her work centres the nervous system, the body’s innate intelligence, and the belief that pleasure and connection are profound medicines.
Through her signature sessions — from Foundational Tantra to sensual massage, emotional alchemy, and somatic intimacy work — Erin offers a pathway to wholeness that is grounded in safety, curiosity, and the art of returning home to the body.
